RENTAL POLICY

Simple terms designed to keep every rental organized and stress-free.

  • Reservations: Rentals are subject to availability and are not confirmed until Vasico Events accepts the reservation and any required deposit is received.
  • Payment: Remaining balances are due according to the terms shown on your invoice or rental agreement.
  • Rental period: Standard rental pricing applies to the agreed rental period. Additional time may result in additional charges.
  • Delivery, setup & breakdown: Available for an additional fee based on location, order size, access, and service needs.
  • Customer responsibility: Rented items must be kept secure, used properly, and returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received, ordinary wear excepted.
  • Damage, loss & excessive cleaning: Additional charges may apply for missing, damaged, excessively dirty, or improperly used equipment.
  • Cancellations & weather: Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and weather-related terms will be stated in the applicable invoice or rental agreement.
  • Safety: Adult supervision is required for concession machines and other equipment. Customers are responsible for following all operating instructions provided by Vasico Events.

Final booking terms are governed by the rental agreement and invoice issued for your reservation.
